Many opportunities in real estate require the use of short-term financing. RCP offers borrowers bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and subordinate financing for a wide range of uses at competitive terms. Sometimes an unusual circumstance in a project can complicate financing from a traditional lender. We offer our clients the ability to facilitate quick closings or to capitalize on a short-term market fluctuation.

Examples of scenarios for our private lending program include:

  • Construction, construction completion, renovation, tenant improvements
  • Partnership buyouts, 1031 exchanges, time sensitive purchase contracts and auctions
  • Bankruptcy or foreclosure bailouts, discounted payoff agreements
  • Non-stabilized properties with expiring/expired leases
  • Investment property acquisition and rehabilitation
